Prepares contracts, legal opinions and represents clients in negotiations with contractors, creditors and litigants, both at the pre-litigation stage and during court proceedings.

She has extensive experience in providing legal services to business entities with both Polish and foreign capital. Advises on ongoing corporate services for companies and other business entities, reorganization and restructuring of business entities.  Provides legal services related to liquidation and transformation processes, including division of companies.

She provides legal services in the field of customs law and represents clients before the customs authorities. She focuses mainly on classification and quotas, customs valuation, country of origin issues and appeals against customs decisions. Represents clients in procedures for obtaining customs licenses, customs authorization, as well as in court proceedings, providing legal advice at every stage of the dispute.

Represents clients from the defence sector on issues related to the strategic trading of weapons and dual-use goods. Supports clients in the identification and classification of goods. Supervises and coordinates the activities to complete the technical documentation necessary to obtain appropriate concessions, licenses, and permits.

Advises in labor law, providing legal advice to employees and employers. She focuses mainly on immigration assistance, advising on all forms of foreign employment in Poland. She supports foreign in legalizing their stay and employment in Poland, including assistance in the procedure of preparation of the applications necessary to obtain visas, residence and work permits.

She provides legal services in the field of insurance law. She advises on both individual and corporate, property, and personal insurance matters.
