Compensation for the family of a soldier who died during military training
On March 11 in Warsaw, one of the cases conducted by our law firm as part of pro bono activities ended. KW Kruk & Partners had the honor of representing the family of the soldier deceased during military training, obtaining from the State Treasury compensation exceeding PLN 400,000. The case was handled by Katarzyna Dawidziuk and Monika Długosz. The judgment is final.

On January 23, in Lisbon, was held a seminar, organized by the Polish-Portuguese Chamber of Commerce and the Portuguese Chamber of Commerce and Industry, in which, in addition to representatives of the Polish Investment and Trade Agency, Bank Millennium, and the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development, participated 60 Portuguese entrepreneurs interested in business opportunities in Poland. Spór dotyczący budowy stadionu miejskiego w Białymstoku
Kancelaria KW Kruk i Wspólnicy reprezentowała konsorcjum Eiffage w negocjacjach i ugodzie z Miastem Białystok kończącym spór o budowę stadionu miejskiego w Białymstoku. W marcu 2018 roku strony doszły do ugody, w wyniku której polsko-francuskie konsorcjum Eiffage Polska Budownictwo i Eiffage Construction – pierwszy wykonawca stadionu – zapłaciło miastu 80 mln zł. Według doniesień medialnych kancelaria Hogan Lovells oceniła, że jest to najwyższa kwota wypłacona w Polsce w ramach ugody zawartej przez samorząd.

Od października 2016 r. do lipca 2018 r. kancelaria KW Kruk i Wspólnicy świadczyła na rzecz Ministerstwa Obrony Narodowej obsługę prawną w zakresie negocjacji z Raytheon Company i Lockheed Martin Global umów offsetowych w związku z pierwszym etapem zakupu zestawu przeciwlotniczego i rakietowego średniego rakiety zasięgu "WISŁA". Współpraca zakończyła się sukcesem - podpisaniem przez MON (w dniu 23 marca 2018 r.) umów offsetowych z Raytheon Company i Lockheed Martin Global.
